Share your most delicious ideas to include into your meals those less-loved parts of fruits and veggies that often end up thrown away for a chance to win a gourmet experience at the Jardin botanique!

All plant-based recipes are welcome.
But watch out! You need to surprise the jury with your own touch of creativity.

Winning recipes will be selected based on taste, originality, and anti-waste potential. Feel free to submit more than one recipe to increase your chances.
